What We'll Cover
We’ll make sense of the choices around AI, then look at the common problems that keep people from getting useful, trustworthy results.
Make sense of the choices among services such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, what personal plans include, and how usage limits work.
See how model choices can affect accuracy, detail, and depth—and how to test whether a newer model meaningfully improves the result.
See how AI can take on detail work such as organizing, summarizing, and drafting while you protect sensitive information and keep judgment and final decisions in your hands.
Explore why polished answers can still miss unstated needs and how the information in a request shapes the usefulness of the response.
Understand how documents, notes, drafts, and spreadsheets can make AI more relevant—and why safe source handling still matters.
See why a confident answer is not evidence and why important claims still need to be checked before you act on them.
Bring your curiosity. Leave with a clearer starting point.
Attendees receive the slides after the session.
